Happy New Year to everyone. We are now back in the saddle after taking a few days off over Christmas & New Year. I hope Santa came with what you wanted and that people didn’t consume too much alcohol over New Year. We have some amazing weddings lined up this year which we are really looking forward to. I love the start of the year. It is great to look down the list of people we are going to meet and places we are going to go to. The journey that we go on each year really excites me. We have already done our first wedding of the year – Laila & Simon over in York. We will post some images in the next couple of days along with the last two weddings we did in 2009.
We are also excited in developing our training side of the business during 2010. There are a number of courses which are in place already. The first being under the 3B Media banner with Rob Booker and Barnaby Aldrick. We are running an Urban Portraits course in Leeds on 26th January. Also we a working with Annabel Williams Contemporary Photographic Training in the Lake District. The first course with them is on 12th April 2010 – Building Your Wedding Portfolio. This is opportunity to spend the day with me and show you how to capture some great images during a wedding. This will be a very hands on day and you should leave with some great ideas and images to help develop your own wedding portfolio. Also we are returning to talk ‘All About Wedding’ on 3rd June. The was such great fun last year and can’t wait to get involved again this. We will spend the morning
going over the Pre-Wedding Shoot and taking some models out to get some great images and then after lunch we will run through the wedding day and again with a couple of models will get some great images for your to capture. To book these two course please contact CPT directly in Staveley.
Finally we are looking forward to some more great work under The Sound Gallery. We had an amazing year last year as our first full year and met and worked with some amazing bands and artists. already with have a few things lined up and we will go into more of that later – so watch this space.
