Well no sooner have we said good bye to 2008, we are up and running with 2009 and our first shoot of the year was on the 10th January. Louise & Robert are getting married at the beginning of March so it was great to meet up with them at Bolton Abbey in the Yorkshire Dales to do their pre-wedding shoot. This is a beautiful setting and was a lovely place to come to even though during the day the highest temp was -1oC. I have to say that these guys were great and were very relaxed which makes my job a lot easier. After we finished doing the shoot we went off and had a few warm drinks and had a good chat about how their wedding day is going to flow. This is very important for us to get a clear understanding of the timings and what our clients want from us. This means that when we turn up on the day we are not asking silly questions and can concentrate on getting the fabulous shots they want. Also this means the clients have one less thing to worry about and they can get on with enjoying the day.
