Snow! Snow! Snow!

Well it has been forcasted that we would get some snow this morning and for once they were right. We were woken early by the kids excited by what they saw out of the window. Trip to the Lake District

Yesterday I was up in the Lake District at Annabel Williams’ studio near Kendal. Annabel is a legend in the photography business and along with her team has really helped us out over the lifetime of Phil Barber Photography so far.

I was asked to be a speaker at one of their insight days, and had the pleasure of meeting lots of new people who are keen to progress their photography businesses.

Also asked to speak yesterday 2 great photographers called Chris Lord & Karen Martin who make up Lord+Martin =Photography. They are based in the Lakes and their enthusiasm was really infectious. I really loved Chris’s fashion work. Check their website out.

Thanks to everyone who turned up and spoke to me yesterday – it was great to meet you all and if you want a chat about anything photographic (or otherwise!) drop me an e-mail.
